Up until 3 years ago, I had never owned a dog, so I didn’t understand how friends and family that had dogs treated them like their children. But from the moment I held mine as a pup, I got it and from this moment I started capturing his milestones too.
So then the mini pup shoot was born because I want to make sure that I capture the same memories from you. A mini shoot is the perfect way to update your walls with stunning new portrait of your fur baby or babies without a full photoshoot that might make them anxious. Because I have my own dog and I know how important it is to make sure they are kept as calm and as happy as a newborn baby.
When is the Best Time for a Puppy Photoshoot?
I offer a safe and clean home studio, that is a separate room away from any other humans or dogs, so you are safe to bring them before they’ve had their immunisations.

- Sessions typically last 30 minutes, allowing time to capture your little pup.
- We are patient and led by pup which includes any toilet mishaps along the way.

- Upon arrival, you’ll settle into a warm, comfortable space, while I handle all the posing and photography.
- Bringing a few of your pups favourite toys is always helpful but nothing else is needed.

Your Southampton Puppy Photographer
Puppy moments are the best. Capturing those first moments when they start to develop their own coat and little personality. But I welcome pups of any age and size as long as older pooches are friendly and well behaved.
I have a large selection of props to style your shoot. You are free to bring your own items from home too. I will discuss ideas and talk through how you wish me to style the shoot including any colour preferences.
You will be provided with a preparation guide to make sure you know exactly where to come and what to prepare before.
You can tell that Claire is a dog owner. She has so much patience.
Puppy Photography Packages and Pricing
Your mini shoot will last for 30 minutes. You will have a choice of background colours and if you don’t have an outfit that you wish to bring from home, I have a selection for you to choose from too. I will choose and edit 6 of the best, adorable images from those taken during and these will be sent to you as high resolution digital images.
PUPPY MINI COLLECTION
This stunning mini photoshoot will include my time, use of props, outfits and accessories. Images will be chosen by me and sent to you within 2 working days.
